Account Manager
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the relationship with 8RewardsRoad's key clients, a large number of them multinationals in the financial services, FMCG and retail industries.
Specific Responsibilities:-
- Strategic account management of assigned clients from the 8RR portfolio
- Identify key areas of growth and develop new business to meet revenue targets
- Supervise the creative output of a team of 9 full-time Designers
- Project manage aggressive marketing campaigns to meet clients’ timelines
- Work closely with back-end programmers in the testing and delivery of all webwork
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in an interactive agency
- Bachelor's degree, any discipline
- Immaculate account servicing with strong business acumen and a creative flair

Interactive Designer
Primary responsibility would be to conceive creative concepts, manage the design, layout and execution of websites, games, banners, interstitials in support of client's marketing campaigns.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be an independent, self-motivated and committed professional with a demonstrated aptitude for managing multiple projects and meeting tight timelines.
Necessary skill set includes:
- Professional qualifications in Graphic / Multimedia Design with a proven track record.
- Actionscript programming skills are a strong advantage.
- Ability to conceive strong creative ideas for any communications brief (not just a layout artist).
Advanced knowledge of the followig:
- Macromedia Flash / Fireworks / Dreamweaver
- Adobe Photoshop or other advanced photo editor;
- Adobe Illustrator or other vector-based drawing program;
- Javascript & Actionscript Programming

IT Developer / Project Manager

- Development of web applications on ASP, ASP.net, PHP, ColdFusion, JSP, Microsoft SQL, Oracle
- Enhancement and maintenance of operational websites
- Server and database administration

Necessary skill set includes:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years' experience in web application development and maintenance
- Proficiency in server side scripts, database server scripts, client side scripts and flash action scripts
