Objective

The client wanted to refresh an existing eDM template (which was previously boring, plain, and too wordy) to make it attractive, easy to read and reinforce Supernature’s branding.
It needed to communicate the freshness and goodness of organic food, bringing out the best in its featured products.
Design rationale
We created a template to provide for a key feature story, a variable number of sub-stories, and additional sections to highlight Tips and Announcements, to provide users with useful information each month in addition to highlighting new products.
The end result was an eDM that is informative and fresh, positioning Supernature as a premium organic foodstore and the authority on healthy living and organic products.
Campaign results
This version of the eDM achieved substantially higher open rates as compared to previous versions. The design template set the creative direction for Supernature's newly launched online shop. They also expanded on their branding guide to include the new palette and style.
